Big Things in a Small Town - Casey, Illinois
THE BIG CACTUS
THE BIG EAR OF CORN
Although a cactus may seem out of place in the midwest, there is a good explanation for it. Jim saw a big cactus made of pipe several years before he started work on the big things for Casey. That inspiration cactus got him thinking about fun things he might make someday.

One of the first big objects created, this Ear of Corn was carved by Jim with a chainsaw. It is appropriately positioned outside "Under His Wings". Be sure to check out the farm themed mural on the side of the building.

THE BIG WW
About the same time as we were putting the finishing touches on our first World Record (The World's Largest Wind Chime), we were prepping to open our little cafe, The Whitling Whimsy. The giant Ws were created by our friend and local carpenter, Dan Smith. They are hanging on the ceiling of the Cafe.
